Rocksteady Care Ltd is run by two Directors with strong ethics and a long history of supporting the most vulnerable and at risk children and young people in our society.

The Directors bring charitable, business and social entrepreneurial skills, combined with a passion for a therapeutic approach including music and arts, they have proved that this approach can really change peoples lives for the better.

We then employ a Responsible Person (RI), a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Finance Controller and our team of Residential Support Workers. In addition to his we have a specialist creative therapeutic Director and Deputy Therapeutic lead.
